Our Weight Loss plans have a three step approach. Step One is weight loss. Step Two is where we re-educate you how to eat a balanced diet on your own by slowly phasing you off of Core Fit Foods and re-introducing real foods. We teach you what your best chives are, portion control skills, timing your meals, planning your meals, hunger levels and fullness levels to help you to know when to eat and when to stop eating.  In Step Three we help you to balance all food groups into your diet, map out a weekly eating structure with one cheat day per week, re-introducing heavier exercise as you increase your caloric intake and manage post-cheat days to erase the excesses and stay at your new weight.

The Core Fit Foods diet plans are proven to work for permanent fat losses in the shortest possible time. The one week plan would be a good fit for someone who has under five pounds to lose, but to really lock in the habits and get your body to a new set point, you would be better off doing the two week plan if you have five or more pounds to lose.

B. While you are on the Core Fit Foods Diet, the habits that you will build will stick so long as you stick with practicing them. We aren’t able to predict what you may or may not like. The first time you pick up an item that you’ve never tried before, you are taking a risk.
